Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window: You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health & personal care items
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Used books or visibly worn items
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, games, software)
- Damaged items not caused by our error
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted yet:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your return without tracking.
